Support » Plugin: Advanced Product Labels for WooCommerce » Stock availability on single-product page

  • Hi,

I’ve been using the Woocommerce Advanced Product Labels plug-in (not the premium version) and it’s great!

I have, however, a question regarding the plug-in on my single product pages. I use the ‘stock availability’ label on the products and it shows a perfect label on the shoppage, but not the single product page. Is it possible to display the ‘in stock’ label also on the Single Product Pages?

Love to hear from you; many thanks in advance.

    Hello,

If labels displayed on shop page, but not displayed on single product page, then you have incorrect hooks for product page.
You can change it in plugin settings -> Advanced tab -> Options “Product Hook Image” and “Product Hook Label”.
But if you replace single product page with some page builder, then you need to use shortcode to display labels [br-wapl-all]

    Hi Oleg,

Thank you for you quick reply! The support is great.

It did work with the Hooks in the advance tab, but it automatically displays two labels on my productpage, when I use ‘Product Hook Label – ‘after images’. One label on top of the image (like I want it) and one label under the thumbnails of the product-gallery. I want to remove the label under the thumbnails, but I can’t CSS it (display: none;) – because it then stops displaying both of the labels.

Do you know how I can fix this?

    Hello,

It means that your theme uses same hook twice.
    1. You can try to use some other hook.
    2. Try to remove it with specific CSS, that will be related only for labels on under the thumbnails of the product-gallery.

    Hi RazyRX,

    Thanks you for your reply.

Yes, that’s what I thought – but I can’t fix it with CSS (the CSS is related to all the labels). So when I display: none ; it goes for both labels.

Other hooks I also tried, but they are not so nice. The one on the image is by far the best one.

Do you got another way to fix it?

    Again; thanks for the support.

    Hi RazyRx,

    Sorry for the late reply.

I just bought the plug-in – it looks great.

However, I have one problem with the discount advanced label. I used an advanced template for my discount-label and it works fine, but when I translate the word: ‘off’ and ‘save’ to my language it’ll cut the pricing off. The text is to big for the label. How can I create more space for the text in the label?

    Best regards, Bart

    Hi Bart,

Could you please provide your site url to check the issue?

It would be better to create a support ticket on the berocket.com as this is forum for free plugins only. Topic could be closed or removed by moderators.
