Hi, I have been using your plugin for a while now and I am extremely happy with it not until recently that the stock availability was no longer functioning properly.

To start with, I haven’t done any changes with the setup which I made since I started using this plugin. Just a few days ago, I received a plugin notification regarding its new update. Hence, I wanted to make sure that everything on my website goes well, I decided to do the necessary update.

Unfortunately, after doing the necessary update, I’ve noticed that my shopping ads campaign has disappeared. At first, I thought that my daily budget for this campaign had just been over or exhausted. However, when I opened up my merchant account to review the campaign activity report, it shows that the product availability becomes out of stock.

With this, I would like to suggest that you should consider looking into this issue and do the necessary update to fix this problem. In the meantime, I like to know if there are any other ways to show the product as available so that my campaign will be back up running again.

Kindly refer to the link below for my current mapping setup.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank you.

    Hello @wpjoey,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with our plugin.

Could you perform one test for me:

Make a duplicate of the failing feed (using the duplicate action in the feed list) and edit that new feed such that you set a custom_label to the feed and set the source to “Stock Qty”. Then generate the feed and send me the link to that feed so I can have a look at it.

    Hi,

Thank you for your prompt response.

I don’t know what happened but after duplicating the feed and tried your test, the Stock Qty value shows up properly.

With that, I decided to use the duplicated feed instead and deleted the old one.

    Thank you.

    Ok, strange.

What could have happened is that you where looking at an old, cached version of the original feed.

It sometimes happens that after updating the feed data, your browser still shows you an “old” (cached) version of the feed. To make sure you’re looking at the actual feed refresh the browser using CNTRL-F5 to clear the cache.

I will close your topic then. Don’t hesitate to reopen it again should the issue reoccur.

    Have a nice day!
