 * Right now my products show product quantity. How to change that? Can it just 
   show available? Thank you

 * Sure, it is possible! Check Settings tab> Products> Inventory and Stock Display
   Format. By changing it to Never show stock availability, the plugin will only
   show that the product is in the stock.
