It seems you’ve changed the Commenter Label Colors by User Role. Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling admin page, click on “Reset Options” button and check again.

}
ranks appear hidden
Could you please specify where are the ranks that do not appear? How can we check it?
