    Hi,

    I’m not sure, if this is just an issue on my website, but I’ve been unable to connect successfully via the API key. Invoice generator inside WooCommerce works correctly, but not orders are shown in iKros. Using the latest version of WooCommerce.

    Hello,

    if you see the invoice in WooCommerce you should see invoices in iKros as well. The invoices are generated in iKros and then they are sent to WooCommerce.

    Make sure you refresh iKros app after you’ve sent orders from WooCommerce.

    please which woo invoicing are you mean? Woocommerce have invoicing, or do you mean any invoicing plugin? Thank you.

    Hi, yes, i downloaded your plugin and i entered API key from ikros.
    When try send invoice to ikros i get:
    Faktúra objednávky s č. 8538 nebola vygenerovaná s problémom : Neplatná požiadavka s errorom :The field NumberingSequence must be a string with a maximum length of 5.

    Which field it means?

    Hello.

    Could you send us a screenshot of Ikros settings page to our support email or check if any of the fields in section “Formát číslovania faktúr” is longer than 5 characters. If so, try making it shorter to maximum of 5 characters.

    But in ikros side, we have all invoices with this formating:

    60[YY]XXXX

    number year and number increment, there is necessary 8 characters.

    8 characters we have used every year.
