Still needing some help

    Still trying to figure out what the interface for editing my site will be. I have Microsoft Expression Web (which I am still tryig to learn).
    Is there a built-in WordPress interface to edit my site (www.the-outer-marker.com). If so, how do I access it?
    I have been researching this, but am still unclear on the “dashboard” of WordPress. Any help getting me started would be appreciated. I know this is a really basic question.
