Still need help with mobile home page

I don’t think ive been using an caching software or my host
my mobile homepage will not change, it’s not even on my regular desktop site anymore, I deleted it. I posted this before and updated it, it did nothing.I really need to change this. I’ve deactivated the plugins, changed the theme, swiched mobile plugins, and tried new ones. nothing seems to work, just the same static page why you first go to the website. any ideas at all
