• I am still unable to find the FAQ’s that are predefined and showing when you visit a web page. The chat is working but having set three new messages via inbox > Cog > View all settings > chat plugin > Customise your chat plugin > Automations > Frequently asked questions, they do not appear in the messenger window when the chat is opened.

    All I am seeing are the predefined messages:

    is anyone available to chat
    where are you located
    can I book an appointment
    what services do you offer

    There are a few threads on this forum where the same question has been asked and having visited the links that those users had issues with, they appear to be fixed but it wouldn’t be right for me to contact them so there MUST be a solution.
