That looks like a CSS clash with another plugin.

Any chance you could inspect the element for me and give the path to the animation graphic?

As you’ve not posted back and the animation comes from another plugin, I’m marking this as resolved.

Plugins shouldn’t really load their styles into admin pages that aren’t their own, but it happens. For the next release of the plugin I will namespace the CSS .progress class, which I’m guessing will fix the issue for you.

I asked for the path of the animation graphic you’re seeing.

Please post this, and not screenshots. I am guessing it’s on the .progress class.

If you can’t provide it then please post your active theme, plus a list of every plugin you have installed. I need to simulate the conflict.

Weird, i just made a exact copy with wp all in one migration plugin,
and the migrated copy is showing nice green bard, but the original web is showint the animation, i tried to delete the caches, and update permalinks, but no change.
Maybe i can make you a account to take a look?

Logging into your server is beyond the support available.

I will look at the conflicting theme/plugin if you post it, but as I’ve already said, I will namespace the CSS class in the next release to avoid any similar CSS clashes.

The development branch has a quick (blind) fix for this. Please verify if it resolves this issue.

The fix forces a transparent background onto the .progress class. A better solution would be namespacing, but this was quicker and will hopefully work.

The fix I mentioned is now live in v2.1.0

Can you please verify whether this release has solved your issue?

OK, so it doesn’t fix your issue. Let’s continue….

I would like to know which plugin is conflicting with mine. Can you please find out the URL of the loading animation (which I assume is an image file). You can find it in your network inspector.

I recommend clearing your cache, selecting the ( Network > Img ) tab in Chrome dev tools and then reloading the page. You should see the image pop up in the panel. Then right-click it to copy the URL.
