Still having problems with InTouch

I started another post 5 days ago about this, but still have not resolved the problem. People can fill out the form, but it isn’t sending the emails to me. Do I have to insert my email address somehow in it? I tried contacting the author, but they said that thy are not accepting support issues for InTouch and want people to come here. Please help.
