    Hi,

    I´m experience some issues with the newest update with version 3.1.1, like I was facing with version 3.1.0.

    The main issues I have and see: Image with text, tabs, container with text (background is white with black texts). It doesn´t showing up, even I start over with 3.1.1. It shows blanc.

    I have rolled again back to version 3.0.9 and my WordPress version is 5.6 and I have enabled the jQuery plugin. I was hoping that version 3.1.1 correct some ´bugs´ in 3.1.0.

    I can´t share my link to the shadow domain to the website due some work reasons.

    Hi,

    I have the same errors as with version 3.1.0.
    The update did not help

    Hi Stefan,

    No, the newest update 3.1.1 didn’t fixed it. I’ve rolled back to v3.0.8.

    I saw also some jq’s errors.

    Yep, it´s hopefully an temporarily solution to rollback. I´m at v3.0.9. I tested first in staging development, everything worked fine.

    When I updated to 3.1.x on my live website, the content in the tabs and other blocks of texts were falling out and was blank. Also if I updated and start over tabs and text blocks – nothing shows up.

    I hope that the next update will correct these bugs.

    Is the live page and the staging development on the same server? Or local ?

    Both on the same server (setup).
    (For the staging I use WP Staging plugin to test it when I saw the 3.1.1-update.)

    And you? Have you still having issues/problems?

    I just installed and tested Elements 3.1.1 on another website. There it works without any problems.
    The difference is that my personal site and the other site I manage are hosted on different servers.
    I suspect that is where the problem is.

    But it must still work everywhere.

    On the weekend I will test a new WordPress installation with Elementor 3.1.1 on my server.

    Hi Stefan,

    That’s strange that it worked on different servers / locations. Again, like you stated it must work everywhere it doesn’t matter where it’s installed.

    I have created a topic by developers of this theme and stage it this early morning on a different server (all is updated cq the most recent php v7.4) but I have still problems.

    I think there’s a bug – or something.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As we’re unable to recreate the issue on a 3.1.1 installation on our end, here are some things to try and information to share with us to continue the troubleshooting efforts:

    – Please send us screenshots of the issue
    – When the issue occurs, please open up a Chrome console (ctrl + shift + j) and send us a screenshot of the console log errors if there are any
    – Please let us know the name of the theme you’re using
    – Please turn off all other plugins other than Elementor
    – If the issue persists, please switch your theme to a basic theme such as Twenty Twenty, or our own ‘Hello Elementor’ theme

    If it’s possible to share any site/page URL where this is occurring, it will also aid our investigation.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I’ve been trying troubleshooting over a week. It costs me too much of my free- and worktime.
    I have decided yester to start over: fresh/clean (re-) install. I’m sorry.

    Resolved as in: clean fresh install/restart: different theme.
