Still have not received a guided transfer

    Hi there,

    I paid for a guided transfer almost 2 weeks ago and I have not been contacted by WordPress at all. I have an account with wordpress.com that I’ve built my website with, but I want to be able to use plugins and custom themes for my site, and I would like the upgrade asap.

    Why have I not received any kind of contact from wordpress, even though I have already been charged?
