Still getting weekly spam registrations

    Hello,

    We have the anti-spam and security bundle on our sites and we are still getting spam registrations. While the plugin does help us to search for and filter out spam registrations, it does not seem to stop spam registrations.

    Hello @start25,

    We need to look at the requests from your site to understand what the reason is. Could you tell us the name of your site or its Service #?
    You can find Service # here: your CleanTalk dashboard → the “Settings” button under your site name.

    I did a test registration and it was blocked, as it should be. So the plugin is working.

    Hello,

    I followed your directions. The Anti Spam log shows blocked spam comments / posts , but when I use the filter to search for spam registrations, no records appear in the list. However, all of the spam post comments were made by the users that show up as spam users. The spam user is still allowed to register but is blocked from posting comments. See screenshots:
