Still getting registrations without required fields

Hi again. So the main reason I starting experimenting with plugins like this one is because folks were registering on my sites without some info I wanted, like a real name, and a location. So I built a Registration form with this plugin and made the name and location fields required. But I am still getting registrations coming in without those fields being filled out.

How are they doing that? Is there a way for knowledgeable folks to enter a URL that jumps around your page and go to the built in WP Reg page?

Should I assume the anyone that is getting around my intended Registration page is a hacker?
