Still getting Notice of Password Change emails

Thanks for the great plugin.

My issue was slightly different than the others reported here: We’re getting the password change emails every time anything is changed in a user’s profile, but not on logon. The problem goes away when I deactivate Active Directory Integration, but remains even if it’s the only active plugin. Seems like it started around the WP 4.3 update. I had hoped the 1.1.8 update would fix it, but the issue persists.

Automatic Password Update is disabled in the settings. Presently using the “add_filter(‘send_password_change_email’, ‘__return_false’);” kludge.

Any advice?
