Still getting 503 after upgrade

I am not sure what was going on but I was using 2.1 on my site before and I thought that by upgrading wordpress, I wouldn’t get that error anymore. I was originally always getting it when i went in to “edit pages” and look at comments in “moderations”. I am still not able to access either of this. What to do?
