Hey Dan
Was this something working before? What JS code are you adding to the post?
Can you list out some steps so I can reproduce the situation?
Thanks

Yes, it worked all the time for years. I just reverted to an older version of Redux 4.3.1 and my code snippets from Windy.com can be saved.
I use the Pointfinder WP theme for two sites and I have been unable to add or even resave a post because any existing scripts will be stripped from it. Yikes!
I typically add this JS or more accurately this iframe script into a HTML text edit box using WP Bakery Builder, I do not use Gutt blocks.
`<iframe src=”https://embed.windy.com/embed2.html?lat=44.092&lon=-78.720&detailLat=44.050&detailLon=-78.743&width=100%25&height=450&zoom=9&level=surface&overlay=snowcover&product=ecmwf&menu=&message=true&marker=true&calendar=now&pressure=&type=map&location=coordinates&detail=&metricWind=km%2Fh&metricTemp=%C2%B0C&radarRange=-1″ width=”100%” height=”450″ frameborder=”0″></iframe>
hope you can help
Dan
I’d like you to try something, please. On your admin screen, select Settings > Redux > Templates. Uncheck the Extendify templates library checkbox (if Redux Templates is checked, uncheck that one as well). Save.
Attempt to add your HTML with the JS again and let me know if it saves properly.

Nope did not work.
I did as you asked with the latest version and it stripped out the code on my page as before.
What next?
(I have reverted back to the old version to be able to do my changes.)
We cannot reproduce the issue here with WPBakery with and without Redux running. It may come down to a theme issue. We do not know how the author is using Redux.
I’m going to ask the theme author to help you, since it’s a premium theme, he needs to look at it. We can’t and don’t support themes. If the theme author determines it’s a Redux issue, we’ll work with him to solve it.
Hello,
@dano55 you should use our support forum and contact with us before contact the Redux Team.
Please send us a ticket and tell all details of your problem.

Hmmm Ok well, this leaves me in an awkward position.
To contact Webbu about a problem with their theme I have to pay $$ for support.
Seems wrong when I just found a theme bug, to be paying them to fix it.
not sure I want to – Dan
Unfortunately, that’s an issue between you and the theme developer and doesn’t belong here. Sorry.
Folks: For the record, now that we know this is about a premium theme, the discussion here has to end. Please continue on the theme’s private support forum.
Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
