    Hey Camu,

    I have been using SlimStat for many months and it is a wonderful stat program. I can’t thank you enough for creating it.

    I totally recommend it to anyone. My only issue is that every so often (actually, very rarely), I run into a problem where I upgrade the plugin and all detailed data, other than the general data, get wiped out. No more stats such as visitors, what they browse with, or the raw data. All of it disappears.

    Fortunately I have Google Analytics tracking my site as well, so I don’t lose everything. I recommend to anyone that if you are wanting a tracking log for long term study of your traffic, have Google Analytics for your back-up.

    Other than that, it’s awesome.

    Hi there,

    first of all thank you for your kind words, really appreciated! As for the data, this is weird. Have you tried to deactivate/reactivate the plugin after the upgrade? No data should be wiped out without the admin’s consent, unless there’s a conflict with some other plugin that I’m not aware of!
