# Sticky URL

 * Dear all
 * I am scratching my head on how to do this. I have a domain [http://www.abc.com](http://www.abc.com)(
   for example) but my wordpress setup is on [http://www.xyz.com](http://www.xyz.com).
   I want people to visit [http://www.abc.com](http://www.abc.com) but have the 
   wordpress from [http://www.xyz.com](http://www.xyz.com) serving this web address
   of [http://www.abc.com](http://www.abc.com). Both domains are separate to different
   hosting companies.
 * I am sure there must be a simple way of doing and I feared my mind just not seeing
   the trees cos of the wood.

 * I did do this via advanced DNS service but whenever wordpress loads, it displayed
   [http://www.xyc.com](http://www.xyc.com) address – not the desired [http://www.abc.com](http://www.abc.com).
   Didn’t seems to work.

 * I’m afraid that’s how domain forwarding works – unless you use masked/cloaked
   forwarding in which case the same url is shown on every page which makes it impossible
   for anyone to bookmark pages. WordPress can’t run 1 site under 2 different domains
   on different hosts from a single install.
