    Hi
    My developer set a form up using your plugin , it was fine when we both tested it several times.
    We have now emailed out to the database to sign up for a newsletter and it wont let anyone submit . There are several different scenarios.
    sometimes it says the email is invalid, when it isn’t .
    Sometimes a pale green bar appears above the email address bar , and has the word “undefined” on it
    sometimes it accepts the information , but wont submit the information .

    Hi Pauline,

    Can you please open up a new support ticket, this is not a place to post support requests. Additionally, you appear to be using an out dated version of the plugin. Finally, I just submitted a test submission without any issues on my end.

    Yes, please open a new ticket for this. And I, too, just submitted the form and received the opt-in email without any problem.
