    If you purchased a premium Boxzilla license and you’re having questions, please note that you are eligible for priority support over email.

    This will guarantee a much faster response as we’re only checking the WordPress.org support forums at set times (and only after we’ve taken care of our paying customers).

    To email us, simply reply to your purchase email or use the email link that’s located in your account area on the Boxzilla site. You will then get a guaranteed response within 24 hours (usually much sooner than that).

    We highly appreciate our Premium users as they’re the ones who make it possible for this plugin to even exist. Be assured we will go the extra mile for you to show our appreciation.
