 * Is there such thing? When a visitor clicks on a category, I want to have a little
   post/section above all the posts, even when the content gets updated…so that
   whenever they click that category, that section comes before the posts. I’ve
   worked at it for a while now w/no success. Plugins or other suggestions?

 * Just use a [Category Template](http://codex.wordpress.org/Category_Templates)
   and at the top of that template, display the category description field.
