 * I’m trying to get “sticky posts” to appear at the top of the list of headlines
   this plugin generates. Is that possible?

   seems to provide this “sticky” functionality. I imagine the Recent Posts Widget
   Extended provides this functionality as well, but I can’t get it to work.

 * Maybe I can add something to the shortcode, or even tweak the plugin code itself,
   to provide this functionality?
