sticky post in first row, other post in three columns thereafter

    Dear all,

    For my new wordpress website I want to build the following structure.
    First the navigation and then the header. That’s clear to me.
    Thereafter I basically want two rows. In the first row a one column which shows a post which I make sticky. In the second row I want three columns each showing a post. Preferably the three most recent posts. How do I do that? I need to alter the content loop I understand. Can anybody help? I am using the default twenty twelve theme. Hope you can help.
