Sticky plugin that changes sticky post’s layout?

I’m looking for either a plug-in or maybe just code that will allow me to make my sticky posts have a different layout than normal posts. I want to keep the sticky post at the top of the page and give it a different background color so it will stand out more. Help is much appreciated!
