Sticky header not working

I am using the Spectra One theme and have never been able to get sticky headers to work. The note says that “The block will stick to the scrollable area of the parent Header block.” It’s not sticking at all. Any advice – it’s driving me crazy.

I wasn’t able to find the Header Settings above Responsive Settings when I looked at https://wpspectra.com/docs/how-to-add-transparent-sticky-header/ previously (which is why I posted this note). I did set all the other sticky settings on the page, which seemed to work, though. My website is https://www.bethsmith.me/
I am trying to make the header non-transparent (which I think is my issue in the attached video at the end). Because I don’t find an option for “Header Settings,” there is not an option for transparency to set. Is there a workaround for that, too? See full video below for what I selected.
