Support » Plugin: Food Online for WooCommerce » Sticky cart unable to scroll if many products in it

  • Hi,

    Love this plugin.
However, when I set the cart to sticky, and many items are added, I am unable to scroll up or down in the cart only?

That makes it unclear to still see the newly added items, because one no longer sees the most recent added product? Is there a way to fix this please?

    Thanks,
    Annie

    Hi,

Thanks for responding to my question.

Great that this will be fixed in next update.
Any idea how long it might take for that update to be released please?

    Kind regards,
    Annie

    Hello,

The scroll does not work in sticky cart with 2.4.3 nor with the 2.4.4
Was that fix in one of those updates please?

This one has the latest update to 2.4.4: https://logologics.nl/BBQ-SPECIALIST/
This one still runs on the 2.4.3: https://logologics.nl/shortwinkel/

Does not work on eather one of them.

    Thanks,
    Annie

    Hi Annie,

actually, the funcionality of 2.4.4 is the intentend one.

When you scroll down the Menu the cart displays the bottom part of the cart and when you scroll up the Menu it is displaying the upper part of the cart.

I quess that you would like to scroll in the sticky cart it self?

To accomplish that requires more development from us. We can investigate further.

    Hi,

Correct, I do see an improvement compared to the previous versions.
    Thanks or that.

However, a customer being able to scroll up and down the cart list itself, would be better because they might want to check what they already have in the basket and what not. Especially with large different orders, that might be confusing for a customer.

Clicking the defaultview cart will get the whole overview, but that kind a conflicts with what this plugin is all about, letting a customer add multiple items at once without having to leave the shop page.

It would be great if that could be arranged?

    Thanks,
    Annie
