I made the mistake of putting my sites name in the text and now when you google my sites reviews that post shows first.

You will need to make a very valid argument as to why that post should be removed. The one presented is very likely not one, in my experience here.
In the future, make sure to use the newer feature to link to the page, post, or site with the URL link field in the create post area and then at least spiders, bots, and search engines will not see it as it requires a login.
