 * my needs are very simple
 * auto post any wordpress post to my facebook pages page – not a personal site 
   but a pages page
 * can anyone supply me with a relevant step by stepg guide how to setup this app
   to do that. im getting stuck on the facebook application settings.

 * Have you tried the official Facebook plugin first? It supports auto-posting too
   and might be a bit simpler for you.
 * Alternatively, the Jetpack plugin has a module called “Publicize” which can post
   to your Facebook for you, and it is far easier to setup than using this plugin.
   Try that too.
