Step by Step Logic Displaying Specific Info

Dear All

I have been looking for a plugin to do what I will describe below but have been unsuccessful. In a nutshell I am looking at implementing something like this….

1. user goes to a page that has one dropdown box with several options, say A, B and C
2. user selects A
3. user gets another dropdown box with options X, Y and Z (on the same or another page)
4. user selects Z
5. user gets redirected to a specific page with info based on the previous selections or user gets displayed certain info on the same page

Any help/hits/code/… very much appreciated.
