Step by step form

Hi !

I’m having a problem combining the jquery-steps library (jquery-steps.com), which allows me to manage steps in my form, with the Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 plugin.
Indeed, when I make a choice that should change the fields of the form, nothing happens.

Does anyone have an idea?
