    Hi, I just purchased a plan, installed and activated WordPress plugin, updated the Gumlet settings properly but am at the step where I am supposed to go to Settings>Gumlet in WordPress and it isn’t there. I’m stuck in the installation process.

    Also, as a side note, when I try to find support on your site the Crisp chat seems to be the only way to get support. But when I try to initiate a chat it just gives me a “Failed to send. Retry?” message. My internet is working fine so I figured your support desk was just closed, so I waited until the next day during business hours and am finding it’s the same thing. So this seems to be the only way I can get any help.

    To be clear, the plugin install seems to be successful and listed as an active plugin, but Gumlet does not appear in the settings menu with the other plugins that have settings options.

    @adityapatadia – Any ideas why the plugin doesn’t show up in the settings menu after what seems to be a successful install?

    Our chat widget not working might be due to some plugin blocking it? It seems to work for almost everyone.

    Anyway, you can go to plugins page and below our plugin name, there will be settings link. You can click that link to go to our plugin settings page. Let us know if you face any issue.

    I don’t see the settings link either which makes me wonder if it didn’t install properly. I’ll send screenshots to the support email. Thanks for the response!
