Support » Plugin: Image Cleanup » Step 3/7: indexing image files and backup meta [Fatal Error!]

  • When I press “Index Image”, the following error message appears at point 3/7:
“SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data at line 1 column 10 of the JSON data”

What does that mean and what can I do?
