Please check the screenshot. This is what I see after providing the email in contact section.

Hi @kinduweb,
Normally, when moving to the next step, the viewport will scroll to the top of the complete step.
In this case, they should scroll to see the contact step closed with just the review text visible.
1. Are you using Multi-step or Single-step layout?
2. Could you provide the URL of the website where this problem is happening?
Best,
Diego
Thank you for your reply.
I’m using Multi-step checkout
Please check https://peppyflora.com/
Not that I’m using it or need it but I also checked your new option “Added: New options for displaying the place order section.” which doesn’t reflect on the front end. The place order button position isn’t being changed.
Is it because of the theme? I’m using Shoptimizer.
Hi @kinduweb,
This new option does not work when using Germanized or German Market plugins, which I believe is not your case.
The theme should not affect this, and Shoptimizer is the theme which has the best compatibility with Fluid Checkout.
1. Which of the options values are not working for you?
Best,
Diego
None, I was testing it out but the place order button always stayed in the same position. As you see it’s currently below both the payment options and order summary but in settings it’s set as default “Below the payment options”.
Regards,
Hi @kinduweb,
By default, the plugin will work as “Both below payment and order summary” if you had the deprecated option “Display additional place order section below order summary” checked previously to the update. This is done to keep compatibility with previous versions.
Saving the plugin settings should overwrite the backwards compatibility and start using the option selected. Although, I believe you have already switched between the options and saved the settings, right?
The plugins try to clear PHP object cache when they are updated as sometimes template files are cached and get a bit “stuck” in memory.
1. Do you use PHP Object cache on your website, and would it be possible for you to clear or deactivate it to test this?
The other possible cause for this might be some customization code you might have added to your website.
2. Could you check whether you have any customization code or code snippet adding the extra place order section in the order summary section?
Best,
Diego
Yes, I’m using Object caching. I will test it in a staging environment. But I’m not really concerned with it. I have just checked the viewport issue is happening to in iPhone chrome too, bot only safari.
Hi @kinduweb,
The scroll issues have been fixed and will be available with the next version which will be released in the next few days.
It would be great if you could test the fixes either on your website using the beta version 2.0.6-beta-5 from the link below, or on our demo site.
Beta version 2.0.6-beta-5:

Demo site, currently using beta version 2.0.6-beta-5:

I let you know once the update has been officially released.

Hi,
Just tested it on a staging and the issue has indeed been fixed. Thank you. I’m marking this topic as resolved. Keep up the good work!
Hi @kinduweb,
Thanks for checking it.
I just released the official update.
