 * I’ve had the pleasure of working with **Paula from the support team** twice now,
   and both times she went above and beyond. She resolved my issues quickly and 
   professionally, and even offered to handle a task herself when she knew it might
   be tricky on my end. Paula is incredibly **friendly, helpful, and efficient**
   truly a standout in customer support!
 * Also, I’ve found **Starter Templates** to be super easy to use, edit, and navigate.
   It’s made my website-building process smoother and more enjoyable.
