TRASH plugin.

    Absolute TRASH plugin. Here are the facts:
    1) Some customers get tickets, while most customers never receive it, though I receive their payment but the payment status is “Failed” (I run a company with around 300 customers per event).
    2) I’ve been struggling with this for months, but it has gotten worse since the new update (Yes, I tried ‘customer support’).
    3) The new plugin is riddled with bugs, including the so-called template builder. It just breaks.
    4) The absolute worst of it. I deactivated and uninstalled the plugin, and directly afterwards, I got kicked out of my own website. The plugin deleted my user information. There is no way to recover my website besides starting over AGAIN!
    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

    When saying I can’t recommend something to someone more. It means that’s it is so good that I cannot physically recommend to more people because I’ve already recommended it to everyone I know😄. I’m sorry about the misunderstanding.
