I purchased this plugin in Oct ’23 and it did not work as advertised, the results were extremely poor and pretty much unusable.

I requested a refund several times since October 2023 without a single reply from them or any offer of assistance or a refund.
I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone.

Maybe during the transition some things got lost? I have not seen and refund requests as I would happily honour them.
