STAY AWAY! 500 Error Broke Website

    STAY AWAY. Their plugin took so long to respond, that our servers timed out and broke our website for 1 hour. With over 5,000 visits per day. This company & plugin is poor for any business

    @matthewjones01 I’m sorry to hear that!

    As input from our community of free contributors is very important for us I’d like to find out what happened on your server.

    Without more information that will be difficult though. I can say that the plugin runs without issues on 600000+ websites, among which high traffic websites like complianz.io and really-simple-ssl.com.

    Until now I haven’t received a similar report.

    This suggests there was a rare server configuration we don’t know about, or possibly a security tool that is blocking something.

    I’d be happy to investigate and help you find the cause. Let me know if you’d like that.

    This might be a good idea anyway, otherwise you might run into the same issue again later on.
