The Shipment status remains RED with “Not Shipped -1” and the popup is not avaiable.

    WordPress version = 6.6.1

    WooCommerce version = 9.2.3

    WooCommerce Partial Shipment = 3.1

Any idea how to solve that?

Same problem here. Cannot mark items as shipped even though they are.

Hi, I would request you to deactivate the partial shipment plugin once, then reactivate it and try marking the item as shipped again.

If the issue still persists, please check your browser console for any errors, or provide me with more details here.

    Thanks

Hi @villoz, Can you share more details with me, using the link, so I can personally check and see what’s causing the issue?

I would suggest checking the issue by setting up a fresh installation of WordPress and WooCommerce + Woocommerce Partial Shipment locally or on a development site and confirm.

I am having the same issue as villoz – my support request is here – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shipped-status-still-on-not-shipped-red-even-though-order-has-been-complete/

has there been a solution for this issue?

Hi, it might be an issue with a specific case. I have checked the WooCommerce Partial Shipment plugin with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, and everything is working fine.

If you are still experiencing the issue, please check the two database tables (wp_partial_shipment & wp_partial_shipment_items) in your wordpress site database to see if they were created. If any database table is missing from these two, try deactivating and reactivating the plugin.

If the issue still persists, I will need to check it on your server/environment with your setup.

    Thanks
