    When I installed the plugin it didn’t want to activate at first. The next day I managed to activate it. Then when I create new Statuses & Priorities they are duplicated and I cannot remove a Priority. I have installed the plugin before and deleted it again, not sure if that is what might ahve caused the problem.

    This is not a common issue and not raised by any other users. Can you please share screen shot of Support Plus>Advanced settings>Custom Priority settings?

    Isnt there a way to delete the custom priority, maybe that will resovle the issue

    Thank you for the screen-shot. I think this happens when you delete priority from DB, we’ll check this issue on our end and try to reproduce it. Also we think there should be reset priorities option in case anything goes wrong by users of Support Plus. I have listed this bug at our end and will let you know the updates here.
    Until then, you can create ticket on our website or contact us via our Facebook page for private discussion in order to fix this quickly.

    Do you have a solution for the duplication? I can not find duplicates in the database, but they appear on the front facing customer site. If one of the duplicates is edited the other changes also so it appears to be a template error/anomaly.
    I can not delete from the custom priority list either.

    Hey @dhinze,

    I ended up deleting all the priorities and statuses from the database and created new ones manually in the database and it worked. I know its not recommended but its all that worked for me.
