Does the problem still appear in the latest WooCommerce version (6.2)?
Could you please check? Also, please ensure that Disable WooCommerce Status Meta Box option is unchecked.

Yes, problem persists in the latest version of WooCommerce (6.2)
and new problem “Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_complete() on null in \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\includes\admin\class-wc-admin-dashboard-setup.php on line 173”
Disable WooCommerce Status Meta Box option is unchecked.
and, if “Disable WooCommerce Admin” option is unchecked, Status Meta Box show
This issue is in WC and they haven’t fixed it since it was reported at the end of July – https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/30347

Please update Disable WooCommerce Bloat plugin to its latest version (2.6.2).

The problem with WooCommerce Dashboard Setup Widget should now be fixed. Please update the plugin to the latest version – 2.6.3.
Also, please remember to enable (at least for a second) an option Disable WooCommerce Admin in main plugin settings.

You can safely update to the 2.6.3 and check if Status Meta Box has returned to your Dashboard.
