    I have a problem: I use this plugin to offer my customer PayPal as a payment option. As far as everything goes, if a customer paid with PayPal, the money is also on.
    My only problem is that the status at WooCommerece is first set to “Payment Pending” and after a few hours it changes to “Canceled / Canceled”, even though the payment was made and the money was credited to PayPal.
    Why is that? Why is not the status set correctly to “receive payment”?
    Can you help me and tell me how to solve the problem?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear of the troubles!

    From what I understand, when customers place orders through PayPal, the WooCommerce order status is eventually changing to Canceled despite the transaction successfully going through on PayPal’s end? Is that correct?

    Do you happen to see anything in the order notes or in the PayPal Express logs that could point to any clues?
