Status for members

Hi all, i need plugin for member status, and members can change it uploading posts, i mean when you got posts more than 100, you get another status….

i had plugin “Roles” but it doesn’t work good enough, when i crate status, and i am member of this group, when i add post, post adds with other members name….

Someone Help me please…. or advice me how crate Status Manual in wordpress engine …
