    Hi,

I’m having trouble with ‘Facebook for WooCommerce’ product fees.

I’ve run through the process of set up; adding the facebook page, facebook pixel, and completing the set up.
The set up all seems to be correct.

I have no exclusions in the ‘Product Sync’ settings.
I have 24 products on my site.

I have checked on ‘Facebook Business Manager > Catalog Manager’.
The catalog seems to have been created correctly.
However when I check the ‘Data Sources’, there’s an error saying ‘Status: Feed Failed to Upload’.
I’ve tried clicking on the Status and then trying to force a refresh of the feed but it keeps coming back as ‘0 Products Updated or Added: Upload session failed’

Anyone have any clues why this might be?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @ragretail,

Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. 🙂

I see that your site is currently hidden behind a Coming Soon page and this could be interfering with the sync. Would you please try temporarily deactivating the Coming Soon plugin and giving the plugin about 24 hours to sync products before checking your catalog once again? Please let me know if things work better with that plugin deactivated.

    Thanks,

    Tamara 🙂
