ayron: Which field does not change?
syncixc: It seems that you have changed the order of the statuses from the backend. The idea is to set the steps, then try to not change them because things like that may happen. The whole step list, is loaded with its current order for each issue.
A change in step, once performed and saved in the timeline, cannot read the new changes in the step ordering.

@improvemycity Thanks for reply. I didnt change the status after the first time that i created them. Even though, I just re-installed wordpress and made 3 new statuses the problems seems to persist.
It works perfect when i switch state from 1 -> 2 but It wont for 2 -> 3. It will change only in Right (Activity), but in Top and Archive page it will remain as status 2.

We pushed a new version of the plugin (1.3.0) that solves the issue with the Status both on the back & the front end.
Update, and then change the status on an afflicted issue!
