Status Bar Not Appearing

    Greetings,

    Perhaps this is a foolish question, since it doesn’t appear in the forums yet, but the grey status bar that is supposed to appear at the bottom of my “Pages” quick edit page (and did when I first installed WP)no longer appears when I mouse over a page title.

    Has this happened to anyone and if so, how do I resolve it?

    I need to know because I’m trying to eliminate a child page from my horizontal nav menu and I need to know its number.
