# Status 500 (Internal Server Error)

 * Hi, I have just updated to 3.02 and the plugin has stopped working. While looking
   in the console log I see the following error ‘Failed to load resource: the server
   responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) and the error points to
   the advanced-browser-check.php file in the plugin folder. This happens on both
   my local machine and live server, so it is not a permissions problem. Hope you
   can help as I use this plugin on all my websites.

 * 500 Internal Server error is a very wide error message that can include a lot
   of different problems. Without any more detailed information, its very hard to
   help.
 * Can you please take look in your servers error logs. That is where you find more
   detailed error message then just “500 Internal Server Error”.
 * Let me know what you find.
