I have tried to install plugin on 4 different servers with fresh WP installations. Finally, I was sure that the problem wasn’t on server side, so I went back to Google Cloud Platform / Service Accounts and found the reason. I have downloaded .json file two times and used the older one, not newest. Everyone who have 500 error, please use the latest downloaded json.
