    Hi,

We are making api calls to stats.wordpress.com to retrieve information about our sites. They all work fine apart from thetab.com/ie/trinity which we get an “Error: api_key does not belong to an administrator of blog” error on for some reason. The site is showing up in our wp.com dashboard fine and it says it’s connected to Jetpack in the wp-admin. We did migrate our domain recently and had a load of Jetpack accounts merged, ( https://wordpress.org/support/topic/migrated-domain-stats-lost?replies=7 ) and in the wp.com dashboard it is only showing stats back till the middle of July when we did the domain switch so I suspect the two or connected.

    Any help appreciated

    Many thanks

Your site doesn’t seem to be properly connected to WordPress.com at the moment. Could you try the following:

    1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page.
    3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
    4) Confirm the disconnection.
    5) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

Let me know how that goes.

    Hi Jeremy,

It worked perfectly thanks! (I swear I tried that at least twice before posting)

    Many thanks
