    My stats page simply won’t load. I’ll get the little loading graphic for a while and then this message:

    We were unable to get your stats just now. Please reload this page to try again. If this error persists, please contact support. In your report please include the information below.

    I’ve disabled all plugins to see if there was maybe a conflict there, but no dice. It started about a week ago. I updated to WP 3.5 last night and updated Jetpack as well, but it didn’t help.

    Any thoughts?

    You might experience some issues when reconnecting. In this case, can you please try installing the Jetpack Compatibility Plugin so we can see some additional information from your site?

    1) Download the plugin from
    2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
    3) Activate the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test.
    4) Click the “Select All” button.
    5) Send us the results of the test via this contact form:

    I couldn’t reconnect to, as you predicted.

    Jetpack could not contact register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host.

    Since your site is hosted with Dreamhost, your issue might be similar to this one.
    I’ll have a look at your Test results and keep you posted!

    Oh, interesting. I upgraded to PHP 5.3 from 5.2 (Fast CGI) last night hoping that would help, but it didn’t. Although maybe I should mention I have this domain on IPV6. Not sure if that would cause it or not.

    IPV6… I was about to say that shouldn’t matter, but that’s interesting. I’m going to go back through the other people who’ve reported and see what I can find!

    Welp, Dreamhost migrated me to another server yesterday, and now all seems to be working just fine and dandy! Though I also took the domain off IPv6 (I was only using it to test the capabilities), so it’s possible that could have been then problem, too.

    IPv6 isn’t the issue from what I can see.

    Server seems most likely to my eye, but I’m not great at server stuff here. Yet 😉

    FYI, this should be fixed now on Jetpack’s side 🙂
